AI Real World Case Study – R3 Stem Cell

R3 Stem Cell is a five year old company working with over 35 healthcare practices nationwide on regenerative medicine programs. This includes everything from marketing to sales conversions, procedure protocols, first rate stem cell products, IRB approved research, provider training and comprehensive patient education.

 

Over the past two years alone, R3’s revenue had increased 300% with a marketing spend that had blossomed to over $150k per month. As new technology, stem cell procedures are not yet being covered by insurance and range from $3500 to $8000.

After a few weeks of collecting initial data, the US Lead Network team began processing the data through the AI machine and input the KPI’s into an understandable format for R3 Stem Cell. These KPI’s led to eye opening, actionable data which began helping considerably in the following aspects:

 

  1. R3 Stem Cell immediately noticed 12 keywords/ phrases that converted 225% higher than any others. The marketing spend was shifted towards those.
  2. Several days and times of the week generated noticeable more qualified sales leads, which were not what the marketing team expected.

  6. The most impressive output came in the form of channel attribution. We know that it usually takes several “touch points” for a prospect to finally reach out and call. The AI machine was able to often ascertain HOW a prospect made the journey to reach out, and the higher lead scores for certain channel attribution helped R3 know which ones were working best.
